More Progress

Wow! we are seeing more and more blessings each day Thank you JESUS!!!!  I'm so proud of my little nanos ( Xavier )  He acts like he can take on the world now. I believe him! He is so much more independent and adventurous, he gets into everything. I know what some of you may think what a pain in the maxim-us right?? Tha’s not how we feel. Those are just little things we have been hoping for, for years. Those little things are so important in a child's learning, so what if we have to clean it up later right? What part of " I have kids" did your guests not understand as they do a sweeping motion walk through your living room. It's for educational purposes and the keepsake of precious sanity that I let him make a mess now and clean it up later. Although Xavier is now 5 years old and has had 4 Christmases, this will be his very first Christmas. He will actually open up his Ultra Dinosaur gift ( shhhh. don't tell him) Himself and play with it too!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!  Also The Ledger newspaper and Fox 13 will be doing a follow-up story on Xavier Dr.Jo and Allison are so great they are the team following us from Fox and you can really tell how much they love Xavier and how they want to help him and other people get help as well. I'll keep you all posted on when the stories will be airing and printing, and if anyone else is interested in making a story out of us Bring it On!! I am so excited to spread this miracle and wonderful glorification of God's work.

Watch out for  Laura Walker and Bailey following our bread crumbs ... Good news spreads fast huh??

We are BACK!!!!

Hello again,

Well, we have finally returned to our homeland, allow my to add exclamation marks to show my enthusiasm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. YAY!!!!!!!  We are so glad to be back .The plane ride back and airport service was not as helpful on the way here as on the way there ( which is where I am able to really evaluate my patience level after 2,14,and 2 more hours of flying ) but I think we handled ourselves pretty good, the important thing is we got here. A word to the wise, airport preparation is a must! please feel free to e-mail me for a real good list of things you may need for the trip, and what you need to prepare for the trip should you decide to follow our bread crumbs. A little about China ( and I mean right to the point) It is nothing like your country , wherever you are from, so take advise from people who have stayed there for a month or so that is from your country to prepare. It is one thing to take a trip and it is another to live there. Now, I went alone with Xavier, but I can tell you by observation that it makes things a lot easier if you go along with someone, but one has to do what one must right? Well I am very happy to report that this trip was worth every troublesome moment and then some, and I wouldn’t exactly be able to put a price on it, just as you wouldn’t put a price on your child either. I must say your faith must be strong and you need to put trust in god if this trip has been burdened on your heart. Always remember that God works in mysterious ways, and one way is through doctors (even if some don’t want to accept that) There will be many messenges and messagers that will be negative as if they were sent by the devil himself and the messengers may not know they are blocking you from receiving your miracle but “forgive them; for they know not what they do” Luke 23:34. You as parents have natural and spiritual instincts given to you for a purpose, just follow them and leap into faith. I will be here for you if you need my help or need some support, but, as always, the best support you can receive is from your fellow spiritual leaders, family, and that includes your father. Thank you all so much for your support.

hello again

Hello Everyone!

This is the third time I have tried to post to this blog and this time I got a little more clever and used the word document first to create my posting… HA! The first two times I posted and all of my progress was lost so needless to say I gave up. But as of now Xavier has had two spinal injections and two IV injections. We noticed more positive results in his case with the IV injections then the spinals so I requested he have three of each. I noticed more of a difference in his understanding of conversations and his surroundings with the spinal injections but more balance, strength, energy, and confidence after the IV. Overall he is doing great and we know god is leading the way. I haven’t wasted time teaching him the flash cards I brought him and teaching him what everything is, as well as talking him through everything so that he has a better understanding of how and why we do things. He is picking up things so quickly and I am so proud of him and so very grateful of the lords choice in using us as an example, I am happy to tell anyone who asks why we did this, and how come we have so much faith it will work, and I dare anyone to question his love and power. All we need is to go wherever he leads us and leap into faith and let him take over, it sounds very easy, but leaving home, a good job, and pursuing this is no easy task but the benefits make it all worthwhile. I will never forget ( like I wrote in my last blog) when he told me to put my finger down and to move it faster that was definitely a spiritual moment for me, and it gave me the greatest faith I have had throughout this entire experience. He is so much more independent wanting to do things on his own and running off without me. Many parents say that is the worst part because you lose control over them but it is something that my husband and I have desired for so long, parents say the best times are when they are infants and don’t do much for themselves and don’t get into trouble and get into things but those times are a very cherished part of being a parent. And the rewards are the things they learn and funny stories they tell, watching them get lost in their own imagination so that you can go to without ridicule. I can’t wait till more of his personality shows though and we get to experience those things. Xavier is well on his way and he will be making me happily rip my hair out in no time. I can’t wait! Well, I do want to talk more about China but it’s getting late, and we are heading off to bed, Goodnight or I guess good morning to you. Bye

Surprised

WE ARE HERE!!!!!!
Hello Everyone,
Laughing
I apologize for the delay in my posting. We have not been adjusting to the climate and weather changes here so good ( we meaning I ) and Xavier is breezing right through meanwhile i show all sorts of symptoms . HA! but oh well . What's really important is Xavier had his first treatment yesterday around 2:00pm ( 2am your time) and it was just preliminary to test effects (should any arise) and it turned out great. THIS IS SO EXCITING!!! That morning and days before the doctors put a finger and ran it across his eyes and he no response. Approximately 4 hours after his treatment I got curious and ran my finger across his face and he said " mommy put your finger down" then I did it slow and HE FOLLOWED IT!!!  after only four hours  Its AMAZING!! I was crying like a big baby, And not only that, I asked him to tell me how many fingers I had up and usually he starts counting and goes way past how many fingers you have period, and he told me 4 out of 5 times. He was asking me to move my fingers faster ( meaning move then back and forth) so I did and he began laughing. I should have told you about China first but I had to get to the good part but here goes, first off big round of applause for Delta , the airline they were great in making sure Xavier and I didn't struggle our way through the airports they had a wheelchair waiting at the first stop, and even informed Seoul and Qingdao to have assistance waiting now delta had the wheelchair waiting but Seoul and Qingdao was great they actually had people waiting with the chair when we got off the planes and they took Xavier and I just followed effortlessly. They were all so nice playing with Xavier in the chair and making funny sounds for him but oh so professional suits and all. When we arrived to Qingdao there were two that helped me one had Xavier and the other was handling my fifty pound luggage , Leaving me nothing to do they wouldn't let me help. I felt so welcomed. When I got to the gate Jack ( one of the translators) was there holding up a sign and had us the rest of the way. They made what I thought was going to be a nightmare full of missed flights and circus performances a breeze. The hospital is nice we have a nice big room with our own beds, refrigerator, water cooler, bathroom etc. and a great view of the city. Everyone here is so nice and they love love love kids! Which feels really great because in our country usually people don't know what to do about children or adults with special needs and it makes you as a parent feel left out and uncomfortable so when I had all the staff and everybody that passes by Xavier look at him and want to play with him like other children it made both of us feel very loved. Well, Sorry about the Extra long blog, I felt really bad about the delay maybe you can print it out or something..lol buy you have already read it !! Thank you so much for your support and interest see ya !
